Disgusting company, if it can be called a company. Nobody cares about anything. Bonuses can't be used, they always just disappear when ordering and when returned the same problem happens again. Bought a bouquet for March 8 that was never delivered, and the amount was over 2k hryvnias. I ordered from U-F-L constantly for 7 years. There were problems, but not like now. The last year or two the business management is terrible. Can't get through by phone, can't get the order. THIEVES!!!! I do not recommend using this service. And you lost a client who ordered over $2000 on your platform.

Good afternoon, Vsevolod.
Yes, unfortunately the situation got a bit out of control due to very high workload on March 8. We are very sorry and also find it unpleasant that we couldn't meet your expectations and please the recipient.
Please provide your order number, we will definitely compensate your loss. So you continue cooperation with us. We care and worry about every client.

Flower Delivery in Bashtanka by UFL
Flowers in Bashtanka delivered to a home or office: roses, hydrangeas, flower boxes and bouquets for any occasion. The greeting card is free.
Bashtanka: from Poltavka to Hero City
Bashtanka dates from 1811, when Cossacks and state peasants from the Poltava and Chernihiv regions were given land for the settlement of Poltavske. In the late 1820s Poltavka became a military settlement of the Buh Uhlan Division, in 1899 a folk theatre opened, and during the Ukrainian Revolution the village led an anti-Denikin peasant uprising that proclaimed the Bashtanka Republic. It became a district centre in 1926 and was renamed Bashtanka in 1928. On 1 March 2022 territorial defence fighters and residents stood up to defend the town, and on 1 October 2025 Bashtanka was awarded the title Hero City of Ukraine.
Famous people of Bashtanka
Natives of Bashtanka include monumental painter and Boichukist Hryhorii Dovzhenko (1899–1980), documentary director Roman Foshchenko (1908–1970), stage actor and director Mykhailo Amitov (1912–1980) and literary scholar Hryhorii Viazovskyi (1919–1996).
Bashtanka today
The town lies in the Black Sea Lowland on the Bashtanka ravine, 66 km from Mykolaiv, on the N11 Dnipro–Kryvyi Rih–Mykolaiv highway. Landmarks include the churches of the Intercession, the Dormition and St Nicholas, the local history museum and the House of Culture. Bashtanka's wedding rite Divuvannia, baking ritual tree-shaped pastries before a wedding, is on Ukraine's National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage. Order a bouquet online and we will hand it over in Bashtanka.
