Kyiv — in hours. Ukraine — to the city address. Abroad — order ahead. Choose the city before payment: it sets the assortment, delivery fee, and handover window.
The clock starts after payment
City, address, date, and the recipient’s phone. If it’s a surprise, mark that before payment.
If needed, we call the recipient. We do not say what is in the bouquet or who sent it.
Hotel or office — to reception or security if that makes the person easier to find.
Yes. On the call we do not name the sender or the bouquet — only what we need to deliver.
The recipient may change the address or time. We then go by the new arrangement.
Only if agreed in advance. The address must be exact and the person must be there.
If the address is wrong, nobody lives there, or nobody opens the door — within 24 hours we need the recipient’s phone and payment for a second trip. A second trip is UAH 200 and only in regional centers. If the first delivery was free, the return visit is paid.
After 24 hours the order is treated as completed and funds are not refunded. Without confirmation of these terms we do not do no-call delivery.
Yes. Leave the hotel or company name and a landmark: building, floor, name for security.
On peak days we do not promise an exact time without a booked slot. For 13–15 February order early and confirm the window before payment.
A full address and a local phone number. The recipient should speak the local language or English.
No overnight, express, or minute-by-minute delivery. In major cities in Europe, Canada, and the US, same-day is sometimes possible if paid by 12:00 — an operator confirms it.
Tell us the city and date — we’ll give the time, the delivery fee, and whether we can make it today.
