Do not call in advance about flower delivery. This is some kind of nightmare - to call on March 7 that flowers will be delivered on the 8th. The result - a spoiled surprise.
This has happened several times already!

Ivan, we apologize! Usually, we call the recipient just before departure. Since this was a morning delivery, the courier decided to arrange delivery the evening before so as not to disturb the recipient early in the morning.

SMS about order completion arrived at 23 hours 22 minutes (search).
And this after several of my inquiries by phone, through chat.
And I never understood at what time the order was delivered.
It's inconvenient, you know, to clarify with the birthday person.
In general, the execution of this (already the third), unlike the previous two,
I did not like.
Analyze and compare the informational support of my first and third orders. I think you will understand the difference yourself.
I expected that each subsequent one would be executed the same as the first.
But alas, I was wrong.

What to know about Bucha
Bucha's written history goes back to 1630, when the name was recorded in connection with the village of Yablunka on the left bank of the Bucha River, owned by the nobleman Yu. Liasota. In 1868 Severyn Sahatovskyi's son built a brickworks nearby whose "Yablunka" bricks were known abroad. The settlement itself grew around a halt on the Kyiv–Kovel railway built in 1898 and soon became a dacha resort. Bucha became an urban-type settlement in 1938 and a town in 2006, with effect from 1 January 2007. On 24 March 2022 it was named a Hero City of Ukraine and on 31 March 2022 it was liberated.
Names linked to Bucha
Painter Mykola Murashko (1844–1909), founder of the Kyiv school of painting, lived and died here. The family of writer Mykhailo Bulgakov (1891–1940) spent summers at their own dacha, now marked by a memorial sign (2011). From 1904 the families of composer Levko Revutskyi (1889–1977) and bridge engineer Yevhen Paton (1870–1953) summered in Bucha.
Bucha today
The town lies between the Bucha and Rokach rivers, 25 km west of Kyiv, with a third of its area covered by forest park. Its heart is the 52-hectare city park with Parkove Lake. Historic buildings include the Hnat Liaskovskyi house (1897) and the Vatslav Dombrovskyi estate (1910), and since 2023 the town has a Bergisch Gladbach Square honouring its German twin town. We will deliver a bouquet to any address in Bucha.

In Bucha we deliver both to the historic neighbourhoods of Yablunka, Lisova Bucha, Melnyky, Sklozavod and Yastremshchyna and to the Tarasivskyi microdistrict and the new Bucha Kvartal, Varshavskyi Dvir and Novator complexes. From Kyiv the courier takes the Varshavska highway (M-07), which runs through town as Shevchenka Street and Nove Shose.
