I am grateful to your company for your punctuality and creativity. I ordered flower delivery for my mother. The administrator politely offered me composition options, a card, we discussed how and where it is best to deliver, as well as the time. Mom was pleased. I liked everything very much. Now only to you. Thank you.

Second time the same story. The bush rose wilts on the second day. This was my last order with this company.
UFL:
Eduard, good afternoon. Thank you for taking the time to write to us.
The rose you ordered in the arrangement is a Bombastic variety. This is a type of peony-like rose. In your composition, all the flowers are absolutely fresh. This rose variety is very different from the usual bush rose. Unfortunately, many people looking at it think it is not a fresh flower. But this rose looks like this naturally. Today our managers will contact you and send photos of other arrangements (as an example) showing that the Bombastic rose naturally looks like this. If you have questions and can send us a photo of the arrangement you received, our manager will respond to you. And you will be satisfied )

I have ordered from ufl many times before, usually everything was fine without any complaints, but lately they have been disappointing. The last order was 51 bush roses, but instead of pink bush roses, they added red ones to the bouquet. The previous order was 101 roses, and the cost of the order was less than what was charged on the card. I contacted the operators, they said they would arrange a refund, but in the end, they said they transferred the amount to my balance on the website (which is frankly nonsense). Before that, in March, I ordered three bouquets, and they messed up the addresses, and they also started charging 120 UAH for delivery, even though below the delivery price it says that delivery within the city is free (a small thing but still). Due to my work, I often have to make orders online, and apparently, I will have to look for another delivery service..

Novovorontsovka: from Cossack winter camps to a settlement on the Dnipro
Before the Zaporozhian Sich was abolished in 1775, Cossack winter camps stood here. In the late 18th century the village of Mykolaivka appeared by the Velyki Vody backwater of the Dnipro; its founding is dated to 1795. In 1821 Count Mikhail Vorontsov bought it, resettled serfs from his other estates and renamed it Novovorontsovka. A stone St Nicholas Church was built in 1829, and by 1886 the town had 1,494 residents, 16 shops, a machine works and five fairs a year, shipping grain via the Mali Hyrly pier to Kherson, Mykolaiv and Odesa. A district centre from 1935, it became an urban-type settlement in 1956 and now heads a hromada in Beryslav Raion.
Notable people of Novovorontsovka
Film editor, screenwriter and director Tamara Shaporenko (1930–1982), who worked at the Dovzhenko Film Studio, Ukrtelefilm and Kyivnaukfilm, was born here, as was journalist, TV presenter and volunteer Hanna Boka (born 1987). Hero of the Soviet Union Mykhailo Karnaushenko (1906–1975), a WWII battalion commander, lived and is buried here; a local street bears his name.
Landmarks and local highlights
The settlement lies in northern Kherson Oblast on the shore of the former Kakhovka Reservoir, near the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast border. The Vorontsov estate keeps the steward's house, now the local history museum, outbuildings and part of its park; nearby stands the Catherine Mile post, and the town has St Nicholas the Wonderworker Church and a 2008 memorial to victims of the Holodomor and political repression. On land freed from the water, researchers found a Late Bronze Age burial ground and a Late Scythian settlement, and in 1890 American traveller Thomas Stevens described the town in Through Russia on a Mustang. We deliver bouquets to any address in Novovorontsovka.
