Unfortunately, the ordered flowers were delivered without confirming the address by phone, although this issue was discussed with the manager. The number of roses was offered from 7 pieces. Paid for 7 roses at 188 UAH + 79 UAH delivery = 1395 UAH. For some reason, the bill came to 1397 UAH. And, in the end, there were 6 roses in the bouquet. In Europe, it is customary to give an even number. So why was I offered to pay for 7? Three days of phone calls yielded no results, no clear answers to the questions asked.

Hello, Tatyana! Thank you very much for your message. Unfortunately, the couriers could not reach the recipient for a long time, so it was decided to deliver without a call. Since no one was home, the bouquet was left with the neighbors. A note regarding the order was left in the recipient's mailbox. Also, later the recipient was additionally sent an SMS about her gift. We did everything possible on our side to ensure the recipient received the gift on the date you specified.
