Ordered yellow bush roses, the order was accepted around 3 PM, the manager called back to clarify details and assured that the flowers and delivery would be as agreed. Around 6 PM it turned out that there are NO yellow roses (!!!) neither bush nor regular... Why is this not indicated on the website??? Flowers are also selected by some criteria! Okay, there was no time to order from another store, had to replace with another color.... Around 7 PM another surprise: delivery cannot be made in the specified time window!!!! Does the client guess the preferred delivery time??? "Pleasantly surprised" by the long time the manager spent calling the florist about product availability.... I repeat: at the first communication and clarification of details the manager assured that everything would be as agreed! Although it should be noted the work of the manager himself - THE GUY OBVIOUSLY TRIED!!! But the organizational aspects, such as product availability, delivery possibilities, leave much to be desired! Gentlemen, the service is NOT CHEAP, neither the price of flowers nor delivery, try to organize more clearly! P.S. The bouquet was very nice!
