Good morning, I am writing about the delivery of my bouquet of 45 heart-shaped roses, the bouquet had to be delivered tonight but instead was delivered this morning, which is not how I wanted, first problem ...
The second major problem is the bouquet I booked in no way resembles the shape of a heart and that's not good..awaiting your reply ... thanks
