Dear ????UFL????, thank you so much for your wonderful work! Living in Germany, I was able to please my mom on the first day of the New Year in Kremenchuk!!! ???? This is truly happiness, especially in this situation with closed borders! Delivery and order were done at the highest level!!!! The flowers are beautiful, freshest + card, quality packaging!! Very disappointed! I specifically called and asked to take a photo of the recipient (they promised they would) but they didn't. And they handed the bouquet to a person not indicated as the recipient, but to a complete stranger! Very upsetting that you have such a service!! :((( I wanted to congratulate relatives through you on all holidays, but I realized it would be better to send a package with a gift. It's a pity... I can't rate the work of the florist and everyone else because the overall impression of your work is already spoiled.

The only thing that surprised me: the cake arrived, but not according to my order. I ordered "Pearl" but got "Chestnut". It would be desirable to have the option to choose the cake according to my taste, not according to your choice at the base in Kremenchug. The flower order went perfectly online. I am happy to pay extra for the product. But to send another cake and not inform me - I did not expect that. It would be good if your website had the ability to track the order progress and know in advance about deviations from the order. The flowers are magnificent! I will gladly recommend the courier and service further.
