My husband has been using this delivery service for half a year now. Today I received another bouquet, probably the 10th one, and I am disappointed again. Only two bouquets had fresh flowers during all this time. All the others were fully bloomed and had soft buds (roses) - I start throwing them away the next day despite proper care. I already complained about the fruit basket in the fall - nothing has changed. If you have little money, raise the prices, but deliver fresh flowers and fruits! Put something a bit better than the cheapest nougat in the chocolates. Today I talked to my husband (I didn't want to upset him earlier, he is in another country and doesn't see what is delivered) and asked him to look for another delivery service. It's a pity that the "high guarantees" are not so high.

Attention! Soviet-style company! It's a pity my review won't be published! Very dissatisfied with the company's work! My daughter always congratulates me on all holidays. This time the order time was from 2 pm to 6 pm. No surprise! Had to call at 8 pm!!! They said they would arrive in half an hour, but came only after two hours - at 10 pm. No prior calls about the delay and no APOLOGIES!!! Terrible service. I was supposed to leave after 7 pm but waited for this miserable, hastily assembled set!
