The store operates in the international market, yet there is a problem with processing special characters not typical for Russian or English layouts. In my case, the address I entered in the website form was truncated starting from the first occurrence of a Polish character http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C5%81
I had to dictate the address by phone and send it by email. For this, I rated the website convenience 4, everything else was excellent, keep it up!
P.S. I especially liked that the international order was accepted and fulfilled in a very short time, despite it being March 8th - your busiest day.
