I want to share the execution of my order №171689, emotions are overflowing from the "professionalism" of this service.
On 17.09 - an order was placed on the sendflowers.ua website for the "Brooklyn" bouquet (Alstroemeria flowers, about 11 pcs., a rather beautiful and delicate bouquet) costing 441 UAH, plus delivery 50 UAH, minus 2% discount, total: 482 UAH plus a card.
On the same day, payment was made by VISA card, confirmation was received by email that everything is ok and the order was accepted for processing.
On 18.09 - the manager calls back and reports that unfortunately such a bouquet is not available!!! Flower supplies to the city of Makiivka are limited, and only roses can be delivered. Well, I understand perfectly well that there are hostilities, so I easily agree to this replacement. We agree with the manager that the roses will be pink, in the amount of 15 pcs, height from 60 cm.
On 19.09 - the order was fulfilled, the recipient is happy with the attention, I ask him to send me a photo of the bouquet, I am interested in how the florist and this service worked. And when I saw the photo:

I was stunned, such a bouquet is even shameful to give at a funeral, I won't even mention the price, the holiday was completely ruined.
It's very sad that this service does not monitor the quality of the product that goes to customers, even though it has been operating since 2003. If you cannot guarantee the fulfillment of the order - refuse it.
P.S. I assume that my review will be deleted from the site, as happened with the "Brooklyn" bouquet, or may never appear in the review book of this service.

Hello, Sergey. Thank you for your review. We also leave negative reviews on the site. We apologize for the flower replacement and the mismatch of rose color. Currently, it is very difficult for us to work in this region and we reject most orders due to the military situation. Since flowers are hardly delivered there, the florist works with what is available. In this situation, we cannot guarantee the bouquet composition 100%. Nevertheless, we accept orders and try to deliver them because we understand that for some it is very important to congratulate their relatives in this region right now.
