Disgraceful work! The order was paid at 12:00 on 11.05.19, but by 16:00 on 12.05.19 the bouquet was not delivered. They wasted more than a day messing with me and my husband! They provided false information - to me, that the bouquet was delivered, to my husband - that the order was in processing status. Their mistake was followed by another lie - they did not deliver because they couldn't reach the recipient by phone! But the recipient - my daughter - spoke with them on the phone! ... They wanted to congratulate my daughter on her birthday! It didn't work! They ruined the holiday and the mood. A nasty aftertaste remains! I do not recommend contacting this company!

Hello, Olga. We do indeed acknowledge our fault that the order was not delivered on the specified day. We will investigate the reasons with our partners. However, today we called back and offered your husband, who placed the order, options for resolution. No one deceived you or provided incorrect statuses (delivered, couldn't reach by phone). We explained that we are still waiting for a report from our partners and only then can we inform you of the status. We are sorry that this situation occurred and that you are dissatisfied.
