If we cannot reach the recipient by phone, we can deliver the order without a call to the specified address, but only with the customer's consent. In your case, we could not reach you either to clarify the situation with the order and deliver it the same day. In this case, we automatically postpone the order to the next day and wait for the customer's response. Unfortunately, the delivery was not made due to objective reasons and we acted according to the rules. We are very sorry that you were dissatisfied with our service.
