I ordered a bouquet on December 15 in Virginia Beach, but they delivered completely different flowers and candies! No one even informed me about this. The second time I ordered flowers from you to the same address, for March 9, no one delivered anything!!! No delivery report was sent either. Please contact me and explain the reason for this problem. 8-925-929-62-15

Alexandra, thank you for your review. Our florists in the USA reported that the order was indeed not delivered on March 9 because they could not reach the recipient by phone. The recipient called the florist herself in the evening and they agreed on delivery for March 10.
The order was delivered to the recipient. We hope you will be satisfied with our services in the future.

Заказывала букет 15 декабря в Вирджинию Бич, привезли абсолютно другие цветы и конфеты! Никто не оповестил меня даже об этом. Второй раз заказала у Вас цветы по этому же адресу, на 9 марта, никто ничего не привёз!!! Отчета о доставке так же не пришло. Александра, спасибо за Ваш отзыв. Наши флористы в США сообщили, что заказ действительно не был доставлен 9 марта, т.к. получателю не смогли дозвониться. Получатель перезвонила вечером флористу сама и они согласовали доставку на 10 марта.
Заказ был доставлен получателю. Надеемся, в дальнейшем Вы будете довольны нашимвыполнением услуг
