This is my second order with this company, and most likely the last. First. Be careful when ordering and calculating the cost, check how much was charged from the card. Both times they took more money than necessary! Yes, they returned it later, but only after my statement and demand for a refund. No apologies, as if taking more money is natural! They count on you not noticing... Also note, the prices for the same bouquet vary greatly depending on the delivery city. And you find out only after payment. About bouquet quality. The first time (2017) they told me they didn't have certain flowers and asked if they could substitute. This year (2020) no one asked, they replaced flowers without my knowledge. The result did not meet my expectations at all. The bouquet called "Burgundy" and described as wine shades was actually light pink. With the "business" package, it looked poorer and worse than the photo on the site. Delivered on time, the recipient was happy anyway, but the recipient doesn't know how the bouquet should look! In general, not the best service and attitude to customers, unfortunately.

Это мой второй заказ у данной компании, и скорее всего, последний.
Первое. Будьте внимательны при заказе и расчете стоимости, проверяйте сколько списано с карты. С меня оба раза брали денег больше, чем нужно! Да, потом возвращали, но лишь после моего заявления и требования возврата. При этом никаких извинений, как будто снять побольше денег само собой разумеется! Расчет на то, что вы не заметите...Также обратите внимание, указанные на сайте цены на один и тот же букет сильно разнятся в зависимости от города доставки. Причем узнаете вы об этом уже после оплаты.
О качестве букетов. В первый раз (2017г) мне сообщили, что у них нет определенных цветов и спросили, можно ли заменить. В этом году (2020) уже никто не спрашивал, заменили цветки без моего ведома. Результат не соответствовал моим ожиданиям от слова совсем. Букет, который назывался "Бургунди" и описывал винные оттенки, по факту оказался светло-розовым. При выбранной "бизнес" комплектации, выглядел беднее и хуже фото на сайте. Доставили вовремя, получатель доволен все равно, но получатель то не знает, как должен выглядеть букет!
В общем, не лучший сервис и отношение к клиентам, к сожалению.

Flower Delivery in Slavuta by UFL

Slavuta in brief

The settlement on the site of Slavuta was first recorded in 1617 as the village of Volia Derazhnianska. On 23 April 1633 Prince Yurii Zaslavskyi granted a charter founding the town of Slavutyn under Magdeburg law. In 1774 Prince Hieronim Sanguszko inherited the land and settled here, and the town grew with a cloth mill, a paper mill (1818) and other works. A kumis health resort opened in 1879, and Slavuta became a city in 1938.

Notable natives

Slavuta is the birthplace of Moshe Feldenkrais (1904–1984), engineer and creator of the Feldenkrais Method, writer Henryk Rzewuski (1791–1866) and ice dancer Anhelina Teliehina (b. 1992).

Landmarks of Slavuta

The town lies on the Horyn and Utka rivers, with the man-made Blue Lakes nearby. Sights include the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Virgin (1819) with murals by Oleksandr Murashko, St. Dorothy's Church (1822–1825), modelled on the Church of Saint-Eustache in Paris, Slavutskyi Park laid out in 1772 and the history museum with a Varangian sword of 1050–1100. The 213-metre bench on the Utka dam is the longest in Ukraine. Our courier delivers flowers to any part of Slavuta.
