The order was for my father and without a bouquet, so it's hard for me to rate the florist's work (and it's silly to give both maximum and minimum ratings here).
But thanks to the courier for politeness and attentiveness and for not forgetting to take a photo. Unfortunately, they were a bit late on time. But on February 23rd, this is understandable.
And thanks to the manager for warning us that they would not be able to deliver by the specified time.
I cannot see the quality of the purchased products and I don't even know what quantity and which manufacturer was purchased (it would be nice to be informed about this somehow).
Regarding the bug on the website and usability, I have already written about some things in a separate letter. I hope they will be fixed over time.

В целом, спасибо, что порадовали родителей. И самое большое спасибо курьеру за внимательность.
Заказ был отцу и без букета, поэтому мне сложно оценить работу флориста (и тут глупо ставить и максимум, и минимум).
Зато спасибо курьеру за вежливость и внимательность и то что не забыли сделать фото. Но к сожалению, по времени опоздали немного. Но в 23 февраля это понятно.
Ну и менеджеру спасибо, что предупредила насчет того что до указанного времени доставить не смогут.
Качества продуктов закупленных я увидеть не могу и я даже не знаю что в каком количестве и какого производителя было закуплено (было б неплохо об этом как-то информировать).

What to know about Sofiivka
Sofiivka was founded between 1791 and 1796 by General Dunin, who named it after his fiancée Sofia. In 1859 the state village of Verkhniodniprovsk county had 510 households, an Orthodox church and four fairs a year. Zemstvo doctors Yosyp Mrozovskyi and Petro Sochynskyi worked here from 1866 to 1896, and by 1908 the village and its farmsteads had 14,696 residents. Sofiivka later became a district centre and since 2020 has been part of Kryvyi Rih district.
Notable people of Sofiivka
Sofiivka is the birthplace of Valentyn Znoba (1929–2006), People's Artist of Ukraine and Shevchenko Prize laureate, and of art historian Marko Petrenko (1910–1985). Locals honour police captain Serhii Demchenko (1986–2022) and Armed Forces sergeant major Valerii Ivaniuk (1968–2018), who served in the Russian-Ukrainian war.
Sofiivka today
The settlement lies on the Kamianka River along the N11 and T0419 roads. Its history includes the wooden St Nicholas Church rebuilt in 1870 and the stone Dormition Church of 1904; today the Holy Sofia Church serves the community. West of the settlement rises the Mohyla-Babtseva burial mound. Sofiivka has a cheese plant and a feed mill, and its weightlifting and arm-wrestling federation, founded in 2000, has produced Ukrainian, European and world champions.
