I have used your company more than once, but today -- "unlucky".
To begin with -- you mixed up the address, a prospect was indicated, but they delivered to a street. As a result -- a delay in time. But that's okay, not critical. The order itself -- the flowers turned out to be pale pale pink and clearly not fresh. In terms of color -- a noticeable difference compared to the recipients' photo. http://prntscr.com/pjneja This is a screenshot of my order photo for clarity.

Verkhivtseve in brief
The area has been settled since antiquity: a Bronze Age settlement, a burial ground and kurgans were found here, and local historian Oleksandr Pol collected its stone idols. The modern town dates from 1884, when a workers' settlement grew up at Liubomyrivka station on the Donbas — Kryvbas railway. The station became a junction in December 1888 and on 1 January 1904 was renamed after Oleksandr Verkhovtsev, the first head of the Katerynynska Railway. Liberated on 23 October 1943, Verkhivtseve became a town on 30 October 1956.
Notable people of Verkhivtseve
Natives include Admiral Andrii Chabanenko, academician Volodymyr Prisniakov, space engineer Volodymyr Holdin, singer Oleksandr Chuliuk-Zahrai and pysanka master Alla Buria, People's Master of Ukraine. Lieutenant Colonel Serhii Hasparian (1989–2023), a full holder of the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, lived in the town.
Verkhivtseve today

Landmarks include the railway station designed by Ihnatii Horlenskyi, the former stationmaster's house, the Church of Saints Anthony and Theodosius of the Kyiv Caves and the Holy Trinity Church.
