First. Be careful when ordering and calculating the cost, check how much was charged from the card. Both times they took more money than necessary! Yes, they returned it later, but only after my statement and demand for a refund. No apologies, as if taking more money is natural! They count on you not noticing... Also note, the prices for the same bouquet vary greatly depending on the delivery city. And you find out only after payment.
About bouquet quality. The first time (2017) they told me they didn't have certain flowers and asked if they could substitute. This year (2020) no one asked, they replaced flowers without my knowledge. The result did not meet my expectations at all. The bouquet called "Burgundy" and described as wine shades was actually light pink. With the "business" package, it looked poorer and worse than the photo on the site. Delivered on time, the recipient was happy anyway, but the recipient doesn't know how the bouquet should look!
In general, not the best service and attitude to customers, unfortunately.

Это мой второй заказ у данной компании, и скорее всего, последний.
Первое. Будьте внимательны при заказе и расчете стоимости, проверяйте сколько списано с карты. С меня оба раза брали денег больше, чем нужно! Да, потом возвращали, но лишь после моего заявления и требования возврата. При этом никаких извинений, как будто снять побольше денег само собой разумеется! Расчет на то, что вы не заметите...Также обратите внимание, указанные на сайте цены на один и тот же букет сильно разнятся в зависимости от города доставки. Причем узнаете вы об этом уже после оплаты.
О качестве букетов. В первый раз (2017г) мне сообщили, что у них нет определенных цветов и спросили, можно ли заменить. В этом году (2020) уже никто не спрашивал, заменили цветки без моего ведома. Результат не соответствовал моим ожиданиям от слова совсем. Букет, который назывался "Бургунди" и описывал винные оттенки, по факту оказался светло-розовым. При выбранной "бизнес" комплектации, выглядел беднее и хуже фото на сайте. Доставили вовремя, получатель доволен все равно, но получатель то не знает, как должен выглядеть букет!
В общем, не лучший сервис и отношение к клиентам, к сожалению.

Vinkivtsi: from a tax roll to today
Vinkivtsi is known from a 1493 tax roll that counted 14 households here. In 1616 the Podolian voivode Stanisław Lanckoroński bought the settlement, and around 1630 Zofia Zamiechowska founded a Franciscan monastery; its church was rebuilt in stone in 1780. After 1863 Karol Kosielski built a palace in the Wallachian style. On 1 November 1920 the Jewish community with a Torah and the burgomaster with bread and salt welcomed Symon Petliura, Chief Otaman of the Ukrainian People's Republic. From 1927 to 1938 the settlement was called Zatonsk.
Famous people of Vinkivtsi
The best-known native is the freestyle wrestler Andrii Stadnik (born 1982), silver medallist at the Beijing Olympics. Vinkivtsi is also the birthplace of the spa-medicine professor Mykola Storozhenko (1935–2014) and the journalist Valentyna Makohon (born 1952). The community honours its native Serhii Korolchuk (1988–2022), a senior soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who was killed defending the country.
Vinkivtsi today
The settlement lies in hilly country on the Kalius River in Podillia; its right-bank part is still called Kut. Landmarks include the Kosielski Palace (now a hospital), the Resurrection and St. Demetrius churches, the Catholic Church of St. Anthony and the Alley of Heroes. Vinkivtsi is a stage of Camino Podolico, the Podolian Way of St. James, and has a cheese factory. We will deliver flowers to any street in Vinkivtsi.
