The actually assembled bouquet is strikingly different from our order, namely:
• The main color scheme is violated, this is no longer the “Peach Sorbet” bouquet, but something definitely different...
• green berries instead of black,
• white and red-white carnations instead of delicate pink ones.
• Also, I wrote to you not to use opaque paper..., which in reality looks more like a piece of newspaper. As for the green leaves sticking out chaotically in different directions, it is not clear at all why they were added to the bouquet...
We did not order such a bouquet. If the florist in Baku did not have the necessary flowers, it was necessary to warn about this or offer a possible option taking into account our wishes.
In view of the above, we demand a refund since your company did not provide the service we ordered.

What to know about Baku
Baku is first mentioned in writing in the 6th century. In 1191 the court of the Shirvanshahs moved here from Shamakhi, and between the 12th and 14th centuries massive fortifications, including the Maiden Tower, were built. The Palace of the Shirvanshahs dates from the reign of Khalilullah I (1417–1462). In 1847 the world's first mechanically drilled oil well was sunk at Bibi-Heybat, and the Nobel brothers arrived in 1873. The Old City became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000.
Names linked to Baku
Physicist Lev Landau (1908–1968) and cellist and conductor Mstislav Rostropovich (1927–2007) were born in Baku; composer Gara Garayev (1918–1982) came from a well-known Baku family of doctors. A monument to Taras Shevchenko by Ukrainian sculptor Ihor Hrechanyk stands on Azadliq Avenue since 30 June 2008, and Baku has been a sister city of Kyiv since 1997.
Landmarks and local character
Baku lies on the Absheron Peninsula by the Caspian Sea, 28 metres below sea level, the lowest-lying national capital in the world. Highlights include the Maiden Tower, the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, the Ateshgah fire temple, Baku Boulevard and the Flame Towers. Known as the "City of Winds", Baku keeps its carpet-weaving tradition alive in the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum. We will hand your flowers to the recipient at the given address in Baku.
