I am very dissatisfied that my order was done so carelessly, I ordered coral roses with a diameter of 7 cm and a length of 60 cm, they brought flowers that were not coral at all and of medium size 5 cm, the florist did not work at all - they just gathered the flowers in a bunch and brought them. No one took the promised photo of the delivery on the second order. I hope you will take these shortcomings into account so as not to lose customers. And I do not understand your discounts, there was a 15% discount on the second order and 10% on the next? Я очень не доволен, что мой заказ выполнен так халатно,я заказывал коралловые розы диаметром 7 см и длиной 60см, принесли совсем не коралловые цветы и среднего размера 5см, флорист вообще не работал,- в пучок цветы собрали и принесли. Обещанное при втором заказе фото вручения никто не сделал. Надеюсь вы учтете эти недоработки, чтобы не терять клиентов. Пожалуйста примите к сведению, что фото по международной доставки не выполняется, об этом прописано в правилах доставки.
Что касается скидки - 15% скидка предоставляется на второй заказ в месяц от даты доставки первого. Как видим Вы оформили заказ 161224 с 15% скидкой. По истечению месяца Ваша скидка остается фиксированной, в зависимости от количества имеющихся заказов.
