I am very dissatisfied that my order was done so carelessly, I ordered coral roses with a diameter of 7 cm and a length of 60 cm, they brought flowers that were not coral at all and of medium size 5 cm, the florist did not work at all - they just gathered the flowers in a bunch and brought them. No one took the promised photo of the delivery on the second order. I hope you will take these shortcomings into account so as not to lose customers. And I do not understand your discounts, there was a 15% discount on the second order and 10% on the next?

Regarding the discount - a 15% discount is given on the second order in a month from the date of delivery of the first. As we see, you placed order 161224 with a 15% discount. After a month, your discount remains fixed depending on the number of existing orders.
