Ordering a bouquet for delivery is the easiest way to congratulate someone, even if you are in another district, city or country. Before paying, though, everyone wants to know what delivery costs, when the flowers will arrive and whether the surprise will stay a surprise. Here is what makes up the cost of flower delivery in Kyiv, which timing options exist and how to save.
Within Kyiv, UFL delivery is free for orders from 1,000 UAH, which is also the minimum order. The free zone runs from 09:00 to 21:00 Kyiv time.
There is a surcharge for express delivery, an exact delivery time, morning before 11:00 or evening from 21:00 to 23:00, and for the Kyiv region and remote locations. The operator confirms the exact amount before payment.
For other Ukrainian cities, the price and available slots appear once you choose the city on the website: it determines the range, delivery price and timing.
When the bouquet will arrive
Standard delivery in Kyiv takes 3–4 hours after payment. Express takes 1–2 hours, in Kyiv only and for an extra fee; the operator confirms availability in advance.
Morning delivery before 11:00 must be paid by 18:00 the day before, and evening delivery from 21:00 to 23:00 must be booked during working hours, by 19:00.
Before Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day and Mother’s Day, order ahead: couriers are busy and popular bouquets sell out first.
How delivery works
You give the city, address, date and recipient’s phone number. If it is a surprise, say so before paying: we never tell the recipient what is in the bouquet or who sent it.
At a hotel or office, the courier can leave the bouquet at reception or security if that makes it easier to reach the recipient.
Order from 1,000 UAH and within 09:00–21:00 and delivery in Kyiv is free.
Skip express delivery or an exact time unless you need them: if the gift is not tied to a specific hour, standard delivery is enough.
If you are nearby, pick the bouquet up from our shop at 56-a Kostiantynivska Street (Tarasa Shevchenka metro), daily from 8:00 to 21:00. Ideas for different budgets in a bouquet for any budget.
