I have ordered flowers and cake through this website. My order number is 9711-11220. I have ordered the flowers and cake and got the cheapest flower from the corner shop which even wasn’t fresh and a few days old cake which we have to throw away . Both were difrent from the picture . when I have contacted them they said it’s fine and fresh so they can’t replace or refund. But it’s clearly written in there website you client isn’t satisfied with delivery they will replace or full refund. It’s not the first time I have used them but it was last time. I will never use them again as they charge crazy amount for the cheapest product. Should have used glovo or other companies. Thanks but I will claim my money back. Here are the pic of what I have ordered and what I have got.
