I made the order several days before the delivery date .
On the delivery day I waited till the evening for delivery confirmation but received nothing , so at approx 6.30pm I contacted live chat help on the website three times . Ekaterina answered all three chats but could do very little . She kept repeating that they are waiting for confirmation from florist .
Eventually at 10.45 pm , the delivery man woke up the recipient and delivered the order .
I have been a satisfied customer of your company for years , but this episode overshadows my past positive experience .
You definitely have a problem with your florist in Zaporozhye , I sincerely hope you solve it before it tarnishes your hard earned good reputation .

Very disappointed and better look for another supplier for my future needs. It was rude and utterly pathetic
