The service is horrible. Never ever again! Would not recommend to no one. Bouquet wasn't delivered on a day it's supposed to. They said: "Oh we are sorry, it just happened." WTF!!!! It's a courier service and obviously they didn't do their job. Flowers got delivered a day later after I made at least 5 calls, and even then on a second day they gave me a hard time. They can communicate well till u made an order and after they don't give a fuck. And about flowers, I think it's either their service that provide a poor quality or it were made on purpose after me yelling on a phone that they ruined a holiday by not delivering it on time. The flowers, tulips were at least one week old..... Come on! I've asked them to make sure that bouquet made of 100% fresh flowers. It's tulips and their leaves gonna fall off in a few days bc they aren't fresh cut. I would not reccomend their service, please don't ruin surprises to your loved ones by ordering flowers from them. The service is awful.
