courier is little bit slowly if you put delivery time with one hour interval, but i was in kiev and i saw that exist a lot of traffic,so it's ok...everything else is perfect!!!

Order, was managed properly and flowers order was ok. Despite this, I experienced problems with online purchase. Completing the online order, I used my cash balance and the online sistem applied it. The total I have to pay was full cost without any reduction from cash balance use. My cash balance has been decreased but I paid full.
