Ordered business upgrade for flower package. Supposed to get 20% upgrade in quantity of flowers, but it was same amount of flowers as standard. Seems my extra money was taken but nothing actually done to improve bouquet. Bouquet itself was nice, but I didn't get the extra flowers that I paid for.

UFL: Dear Ryan, unfortunately you have come to us with this issue since 4 months, so we can not give you a hand with it. We can solve the claim in 2 days after the delivery. Sorry!
