The only issues I have had are that on two occasions I ordered Tulips only to find out after that tulips were not in season and then I had to order something else. It should be clearer what flowers are available before ordering. I have ordered a free teddy bear that was offered and it was on the order form but when I received confirmation it was not included but no explanation given. My orders go to Cherkassky and only after placing the order do I receive an email to tell me that there is an additional delivery charge that I pay before my flowers are shipped. That is something that should be built in to the order process. Lastly, my order go to the same girl at the same address but there is not an option to send to a previous recipient. I hope that these few suggestions can help your site become more efficient as everything else is great!

A photo was taken at delivery of my Lady with her flowers, which I did NOT ask for. I was surprised to hear this. I do not want her photo to be used for advertising or to be used in any way to promote your company on the internet. Otherwise I was very pleased with the service. Thank You.
