Please note that the terms of international delivery state that the order will not be identical, as it is fulfilled by a florist in another country with different initial products and working techniques. Also note that in summer flowers stay fresh much less time, since they were kept by the florist in a refrigerator at 5 degrees, and outside it was about 30 degrees heat.

Мне не понравилось исполнение моего заказа. Никаких уведомлений об исполнении моего заказа ни на электронную почту, ни на телефон я не получила. Букет в оригинале был мало похож на образец. Гортензии завяли на третий день, и это в оазисе! Неужели не стыдно брать такие деньги за несвежие цветы?

Добрый день, Алена. Спасибо за отзыв. У Вас указан иностранный номер телефона, поэтому отчет о доставке Вам должен был придти только на имейл. Возможно он попал в спам-папку...Просим обратить внимание, в условиях международной доставки указано, что заказ не будет идентичный, т.к. его выполняет флорист в другой стране с другими исходными товарами и техникой работы. Также обратите внимание, что в летнее время цветы остаются свежими намного меньше, т.к. они стояли у флориста в холодильнике при 5 градусах, а на улице около 30 градусов жары.

Terrible!!!! I had a better opinion when everything was delivered well in Kyiv... But now!! A Birthday greeting, so important from relatives, turned into a disaster... The bouquet has nothing to do with the photo ("Moscow Kiss") - it doesn't match. Sad 3 funeral purple lilies and a bunch of grayish (not even green) grass. It is very small and sad, the handwritten note is illegible, written in Russian with English letters (apparently written by the courier himself, nothing is clear), in a dirty, smudged mini-envelope sealed with dirty tape!!!! And delivery in the evening, not in the morning as shown when ordering the bouquet. Later the manager informed that it would be from 12:00 to 13:00... but... it was delivered in the evening, okay, but the bouquet... Just awful. Money wasted and zero positive emotions :( Delivery abroad - no, no, and no again! Very doubtful that I will ever risk using UFL's service again...

Ужасно!!!! была лучшего мнения, когда по Киеву доставили все было хорошо... Но теперь !! Поздравление с Днем Рождения, такое важное от родных, превратилось в катастрофу... Букет ничего общего с тем, что на фото ("московский поцелуй")- не имеет. Печальные 3 похоронные сиреневые лилии и куча сизой (даже не зеленой) травы. Он очень маленький и печальный, записка от руки, разобрать невозможно ни слова, английскими буквами по русски (видимо писал сам курьер, непонятно ничего), в грязном, залапаном мини-конвертике, который заклеен грязным скотчем!!!! Ну и доставка вечером, а не утром, как высветилось при заказе букета. Позже менеджер сообщила, что будет с 12:00 до 13:00... но... доставили вечером, ладно, но букет.... Просто жуть. Выброшенные деньги и ноль положительных эмоций :( Доставка за границей - нет, нет, и еще раз нет! Очень не уверенна, что когда-либо рискну воспользоваться услугой UFL еще раз....
