I did not like the fulfillment of my order. I received no notifications about the fulfillment of my order either by email or by phone. The bouquet in reality looked little like the sample. The hydrangeas wilted on the third day, and that was in oasis! Isn't it shameful to charge such money for unfresh flowers?

Good afternoon, Alena. Thank you for your feedback. You have a foreign phone number listed, so the delivery report should have been sent to your email only. Perhaps it ended up in the spam folder... Please note that the terms of international delivery state that the order will not be identical, as it is fulfilled by a florist in another country with different initial products and working techniques. Also note that in summer flowers stay fresh much less time, since they were kept by the florist in a refrigerator at 5 degrees, and outside it was about 30 degrees heat.

Terrible!!!! I had a better opinion when everything was delivered well in Kyiv... But now!! A Birthday greeting, so important from relatives, turned into a disaster... The bouquet has nothing to do with the photo ("Moscow Kiss") - it doesn't match. Sad 3 funeral purple lilies and a bunch of grayish (not even green) grass. It is very small and sad, the handwritten note is illegible, written in Russian with English letters (apparently written by the courier himself, nothing is clear), in a dirty, smudged mini-envelope sealed with dirty tape!!!! And delivery in the evening, not in the morning as shown when ordering the bouquet. Later the manager informed that it would be from 12:00 to 13:00... but... it was delivered in the evening, okay, but the bouquet... Just awful. Money wasted and zero positive emotions :( Delivery abroad - no, no, and no again! Very doubtful that I will ever risk using UFL's service again...

We can control deliveries in Kyiv at the highest level since we carry them out ourselves. Unfortunately, work with international delivery partners is not yet perfect. We are working on this and trying to improve the quality of the services offered.
According to the information on the website, you chose the bouquet "Moscow Kiss." Its description: Composition: a mix of seasonal flowers. Bouquets without a precisely specified composition cannot look exactly like the picture, as the image is only an example. The international delivery rules: http://world.sendflowers.ua/delivery, which you agree to when placing an order on our site, state that bouquets may differ from images. The rules also state that a delivery report for an international order is possible only within 48 hours of delivery.
The card with the bouquet can be either printed or handwritten.
In other countries, the style of card signing differs from Ukrainian norms; for Greece in particular, it is normal to sign the card "by hand."
Regarding delivery time, international delivery time is accepted only as a wish. We try to meet our clients' wishes and attempt to deliver at the specified time, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact timing yet.
