I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of the COURIER, especially the MANAGERS!!! I have ordered flower delivery from the company more than once, but the last order revealed a number of problems. Order tracking only happened after I contacted the manager at 5:00 PM and said that the flowers for my mother's anniversary were not delivered. The manager (Ekaterina) did not believe me and called my mother to check about the delivery, and even told her that they probably would not be able to deliver the flowers, so the surprise failed!!! The reason turned out to be banal - the partners' car broke down, the phone died, and they could not deliver the order on time. The order was delivered at the end of the day when the celebration was over and the guests had left!!! TERRIBLE ORDER EXECUTION!!!

Я крайне не доволен работай КУРЬЕРА, а особенно МЕНЕДЖЕРОВ!!!
Я в компании не первый раз заказываю доставку цветов, но последний заказ выявил ряд проблем.
Отслеживание заказа произошло только после того как я связался с менеджером в 17.00 по и сказал ,что цветы на юбилей маме не доставлены. Менеджер (Екатерина) не поверила мне и позвонила моей маме узнать о доставке цветов ,так еще она сказала ей, что наверное не смогут доставить цветы, поэтому сюрприз не удался!!! Причина оказалась банальная - у партнеров сломался автомобиль, сел телефон и они не смогли доставить заказ вовремя.
Заказ доставили в конце дня, когда праздник был окончен и гости разошлись!!! ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНОЕ ВЫПОЛНЕНИЕ ЗАКАЗА!!!
