Второй раз пользовалась услугами сайта. В прошлом году заказывала цветы с доставкой в Швецию, Гетеборг. В этом году - в США, Нью-Йорк. Все очень отлично! Вчера получен букет в Нью-Йорке, цветы доставлены точно такие же, как на сайте обещано. Спасибо всему коллективу!

Спасибо за выполненный заказ, НО:
букет был СОВСЕМ НЕ ТАКИМ, как мы заказывали!!!
1,композиция совсем не та,что в заказе
2.общий цветовой тон букета(хотели красный)
3, и самое главное - НЕ БЫЛО КОНФЕТ!!!(а я специально его выбрала,зная,как дочка любит Рафаэлло!!!)

I have used the service multiple times. But this time, for the "March 8" holiday, I was categorically dissatisfied and upset!! With your company's service. The rude behavior of your partners in courier delivery and the courier's attitude towards my wife on the holiday. The packaging was terrible, awful. When my wife tried to find out delivery information (time), they hung up the phone and said they didn't understand English!!! This is in the USA and they don't understand???!!! Strange! WHAT kind of service is this? The person who delivered the flowers was "in a festive state," to put it mildly. In the end, the mood was spoiled. I categorically do not recommend ordering flowers or gifts for your loved ones in NY! Best regards!

We double-checked the situation with our partners, and they assured us that the courier made more than 40 deliveries on March 8 and could not have been drunk. We passed your complaint about the call to them, but the salon has employees who speak both English and Russian, so it is very strange that they could not answer in either language. Regarding the complaint about the bouquet, we ask you to provide a photo of the delivered bouquet, as the florist responded that the bouquet was packaged well and with a bow.

Пользовался сервисом не однократно. Но в этот раз на праздник \"8 марта\" остался категорически не довольным и огорчён !! Сервисом Вашей компании . Хамское поведение Ваших партнёров в области курьерской доставки и поведения курьера по отношении к жене в праздник. Упаковка ужасная, страшная. При попытке жены узнать информацию о доставки (время) Бросали трубку телефона и говорят что не понимают на англ. !!! Это в США они не понимают??? !!! Чудно! ЧТО это за сервис? Человек который доставил цветы был \"в праздничном состоянии\" мягко говоря. В итоге настроение испорчено. Я категорически не рекомендую делать заказ цветов , подарков своим близким в NY ! Здравствуйте, Стас. Спасибо за Ваш отзыв. Нам жаль, что Вы остались недовольны сервисом. Мы несколько раз перепроверили ситуацию с партнерами и они заверили нас, что у курьера было больше 40 доставок 8 марта и пьяным он не мог быть. Вашу жалобу по созвону мы им передали, но в салоне есть сотрудники, которые говорят как на английском, так и на русском, поэтому очень странно, что не смогли ответить ни на одном языке. По поводу претензии по букету мы просим предоставить фото доставленного букета, т.к. флорист ответил, что букет был упакован качественно и с бантом.
