Thank you for your work. I can say I am satisfied overall, there are some nuances for which I lowered the ratings. The flowers were beautiful and fresh, but the bouquet arrangement was disappointing. I would like you to use higher quality materials when arranging the bouquet (sometimes the wrapper can spoil the whole impression of the candy). And a small complaint about the delivery: they called and warned about delivery at 2 PM, promised delivery at 4 PM, but in the end delivered at 6:30 PM. There should be a maximum of one hour between the call and delivery, otherwise the whole meaning of the festive surprise is lost, and the wait kills 50% of the positive emotions. And under no circumstances should there be excuses like we heard "Sorry, but we have so much work today." Where is the logistics, where is the planning? If you called, then deliver or don't call in advance when you can't deliver. Otherwise, everything is good. Thank you very much for the joy delivered to my loved one. Спасибо за вашу работу. Можно сказать всем доволен, есть некоторые ньюансы за которые снизил оценки. Цветы были прекрасные,свежие, а вот оформление букета подвело. Хотелось чтобы вы использовали более качественные материалы при оформлении букета ( фантик иногда может испортить все впечатление от конфетки ) И небольшая притензия по доставке позвонили и предупредили о доставке в 14 часов обещали доставку на 16, в итоге доставили в 18:30. Между звонком и доставкой должен пройти максимум час, иначе теряется весь смысл праздничного сюрприза, а ожидание убивает 50% положительных эмоций. И ни в коем случае не должно быть оправданий таких как мы услышали \" Извините, но у нас сегодня так много работы \". Где логистика, где планирование? Раз уж позвонили, то доставляйте или не звоните заранее, когда не можете доставить. А в остальном все хорошо. Bought a bouquet for March 8 that was never delivered, and the amount was over 2k hryvnias. I ordered from U-F-L constantly for 7 years. There were problems, but not like now. The last year or two the business management is terrible. Can't get through by phone, can't get the order. THIEVES!!!! I do not recommend using this service. And you lost a client who ordered over $2000 on your platform.

к сожалению сюрприз для сестры так и не удалось сделать! доставили цветы с задержкой, курьер не вписался в сроки доставки, хотя ранее с менеджером я специально выбрал утреннее время доставки, кроме того курьер позвонил получателю и указал в которое время он будет, время удобное для него!
