Thank you for your message, Felix.
We apologize, we are sorry that you were dissatisfied with the quality of the delivery.
But it was carried out according to our rules.
The time indicated in the order is a wish, but not guaranteed. Delivery is made during the day. The manager warned you about this.
Please clarify about the postcard.
The text should have been written in Latin letters (yours was written in Russian).
Is that what you mean by it being unreadable?
Also, you paid the amount indicated on the website.
Please provide more details. Thank you.
