Disgraceful work! The order was paid at 12:00 on 11.05.19, but by 16:00 on 12.05.19 the bouquet was not delivered. They wasted more than a day messing with me and my husband! They provided false information - to me, that the bouquet was delivered, to my husband - that the order was in processing status. Their mistake was followed by another lie - they did not deliver because they couldn't reach the recipient by phone! But the recipient - my daughter - spoke with them on the phone! ... They wanted to congratulate my daughter on her birthday! It didn't work! They ruined the holiday and the mood. A nasty aftertaste remains! I do not recommend contacting this company!

Безобразная работа! В 12.00 11.05.19 заказ был оплачен, 12.05.19 в 16.00 букет не доставлен. Больше суток морочили голову мне и мужу! Сообщали не достоверную информацию - мне, что букет доставлен, мужу - заказ в статусе исполнения. Ошибка у них потом очередная ложь - не доставили, так как не дозвонились до получателя! А получатель - моя дочь говорила с ними по телефону! ... хотели дочь с Днем рождения поздравить! Не получилось! Испортили праздник и настроение. Осадок остался мерзкий! Не рекомендую обращаться в эту компанию!
