This means that the bouquet consists of 15 flowers selected at the florist's discretion! Not 15 flowers of different varieties and types, but the total number of flowers will be 15. Bouquets without an exact composition cannot resemble the image, as the picture is no more than an example.
As for the chocolate, unfortunately, Ferrero products are not supplied to Iceland, so the florist replaced the chocolate candies with chocolate that he could purchase in the delivery city.

We regret the situation, but when placing the order you did not indicate that the recipient is allergic to chocolate, and that even candies are probably undesirable given these circumstances.
