Good afternoon, Vladimir.
As we have already informed you, the order was delivered on 14.02 to the hotel on the specified date.
We requested a signed form confirming that the hotel accepted the bouquet.
We called the hotel, and the staff confirmed that the delivery was made on Friday.
Our rules, which you agreed to when placing the order on the website, state:
The order is delivered to the reception, after which the hotel delivers the flowers to the room or notifies the recipient. If the recipient did not receive the flowers, please check with the hotel reception managers.

As you understand, we cannot be responsible for the honesty of the hotel staff.
From our side, the delivery was made on time.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Добрый день, Владимир.
Как мы Вам уже сообщали, заказ был доставлен 14.02 в отель в указанную дату.
Мы запросили бланк с подписью, свидетельствующий о том, что отель
принял букет.
Мы звонили в отель, и сотрудники подтвердили, что доставка была
осуществлена в пятницу.
В наших правилах, с которыми Вы знакомились, размещая заказ на сайте прописано:
Доставка заказа производится до ресепшна, после чего отель доставляет
цветы в номер или уведомляет получателя. В случае, если получатель не
получил цветы, следует уточнять у менеджеров отеля на ресепшне.

Как Вы сами понимаете, мы не можем отвечать за добросовестность
сотрудников отеля.
С нашей стороны, доставка была выполнена вовремя.

Приносим свои извинения, за доставленные неудобства.

I am still waiting for a refund for the order paid on 11.02.2013 (delivery date 14.02.2013). The order was obviously not delivered, the girl has already left the country. And they are still figuring out where the bouquet is!!!
Every day they feed me excuses, blaming some technical problems!!!

Thank you for your messages.
The delay was because partners claimed they delivered to the hotel. We were clarifying details.

We called the recipient today and she confirmed she did not receive the flowers.

We apologize for the situation.
The money will be refunded within 10 business days.

До сих пор жду возврата денег за заказ оплаченный 11.02.2013 (дата доставки 14.02.2013). Заказ естественно не доставлен, девушка уже покинула эту страну. А они все выясняют где букет!!!
Каждый день кормят завтраками, отмазываются какими то техническими проблемами!!!

Задержка заключалась в том, что партнеры утверждали, что выполнили доставку в отель. Мы выясняли детали

Мы созвонились с получателем сегодня и она подтвердила, что не получала цветы

Мы приносим извинения за сложившуюся ситуацию.
Деньги будут возвращены в течении 10 рабочих дней

Scammers, return the money!!!! I paid for the order on 11.02 to be delivered on 14.02, but the order still hasn't been delivered!!!!! They just changed the status to "delivered"!!!

Мошенники, верните деньги!!!! Оплатил заказ 11.02, чтобы доставили 14.02 , но заказ все еще не доставлен!!!!! Просто поменяли статус на "доставлен" !!!
