I couldn't congratulate my daughter on her 18th birthday (( The company did not deliver the flowers... and at 9:00 PM I heard the magical phrase... we will check everything now... Sorry, but your checks will not bring back the day of the celebration and the anticipation of the surprise... I suppose I will also have to wait through the "anticipation of the celebration and surprise" to get my money back??? Disgusting... yuck

Поздравить дочь с 18-летием не получилось(( Компания не доставила цветы ...и в 21.00 я услышала волшебную фразу...мы сейчас все проверим....Простите, но ваши проверки никак не вернут день праздника и ожидание сюрприза....возвращать деньги я так понимаю тоже придется через «ожидание праздника и сюрприза»??? Мерзко...фу
