The delivery window was from 8:00 to 14:00, but it was delivered at 15:00 (only because of the situation in Ukraine today the rating remains 5+). The bouquet's description only indicates the number of flowers - 15 pcs. Since you did not specify color preferences, the florist made the bouquet to their taste. Everything was wonderful, the recipient really liked the bouquet. I, as the customer, was extremely dissatisfied that the order was delivered in the evening, while I indicated in the order form that delivery was preferred in the first half of the day. This is a rather significant drawback in my opinion.
