Recommendations - provide courier contacts if possible, so you know the exact delivery time and can orient yourself accordingly. Managers should respond to messages and warn about changes in the order before payment. If you cannot meet the customer's requirements, do not take the order. Otherwise, everything is quite good. And check why I did not receive automatic messages, only after the manager duplicated them. Possibly a problem with the mail server or hosting.
