I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of the COURIER, especially the MANAGERS!!!
I have ordered flower delivery from the company more than once, but the last order revealed a number of problems.
Order tracking only happened after I contacted the manager at 5:00 PM and said that the flowers for my mother's anniversary were not delivered. The manager (Ekaterina) did not believe me and called my mother to check about the delivery, and even told her that they probably would not be able to deliver the flowers, so the surprise failed!!! The reason turned out to be banal - the partners' car broke down, the phone died, and they could not deliver the order on time.
The order was delivered at the end of the day when the celebration was over and the guests had left!!! TERRIBLE ORDER EXECUTION!!!

Hello, Maxim! Indeed, we had no way to contact the courier. Unfortunately, the car broke down on the way. Such things happen, unfortunately. You are right, the delivery delay is entirely our fault. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope the recipient was pleased with the beautiful arrangement, and the festive mood returned, and the warmth of your feelings warmed the recipient even after the celebration.
