Добрый день. По поводу вашего комментария насчет несвежих цветов. Связаться с вами не могу. Адрес почты копировался с сайта и введен точно правильно. Каждый раз приходит письмо с ошибкой. They delivered stale, battered flowers, and it seems they were lying without water all day.
The packaging is not beautiful. They could have taken into account the gender and age of the recipient.
I contacted the manager and was told to send photos by email and someone would contact me. No one contacted me all day, and the email addresses are incorrect - they block sending messages.
I would be glad if you take back this bouquet. I am absolutely not satisfied with the quality.

Доставили несвежие, потрепанные цветы, и они, похоже, что без воды лежали весь день.
Упаковка не красивая. Можно было бы учесть пол и возраст адресата.
Связалась с менеджером и мне сказали на почту отправить фото и со мной свяжутся. За целый день никто не связался, и адреса почты некорректны - блокирует отправку сообщений.
Буду рада, если заберете этот букет. Качеством абсолютно не довольна.
