The bouquet was ordered a day before the festive event, instead of the bouquet, they delivered one rose, as it turned out they mixed up and delivered someone else's order, when talking to the manager, they said everything would be resolved, but to this day they are still resolving it!!!!

Dear customers! As a representative of such a service, I want to stand up for my colleagues. Today the weather conditions are terrible, our couriers have been stuck in traffic jams since early morning! No one guessed that such a force majeure would happen today, and it is not a fact (far from it) that if you turned to another delivery service, you would have received better quality of execution. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver flowers by helicopter yet. Please understand: we are all human!

Reading reviews - I envy! The courier service worked terribly! My daughter's wedding is at 12:00. Delivery was agreed from 8 to 10, and the order was made 2 days in advance from Los Angeles by friends. At 11 am the courier calls and asks: Will you be home for 2 hours? Silent scene...
