This is my 4th order on this site. Twice I ordered delivery from Moscow to Zaporizhzhia and once from Moscow to Noyabrsk. I was satisfied. One time the bouquet was SLIGHTLY different from the one shown on the site, but not critical...
Today I am confused. Besides the fact that the ordered bouquet was declared as LARGE (although I have a slightly different understanding of this word), it had a completely different composition: the cute hypericum berries, which I was attracted to when ordering, were completely absent in the bouquet... In general, I am dissatisfied with the result for the first time... I hope this was just an unfortunate misunderstanding and will not become a good tradition... I have not yet decided whether I will continue to use the site's services ((((

на этом сайте это мой 4 заказ. два раза заказывала доставку из Москвы в Запорожье и один раз из Москвы в Ноябрьск. была довольна. один раз букет НЕМНОГО отличался от заявленного на сайте, но не критично...
сегодня же я прибываю в недоумении. кроме того, что заказанный букет заявлен как БОЛЬШОЙ (хотя у меня немного другое понимание этого слова), в нём был совсем другой состав: милые ягодки-гиперикумы, на которые я повелась при заказе, вообще отсутствовали в букете... в общем, я первый раз недовольна результатом... надеюсь, это было просто досадное недоразумение и не станет доброй традицией... пока не решила, буду ли я и далее пользоваться услугами сайта ((((

Приносим свои извинения, за сложившуюся ситуацию, что не предупредили Вас о замене цветов. В связи с отсутствием хиперикума, флорист поставила в букет красную кустовую розу. Doubts arose whether the order would be delivered at all. Had to call from Russia, standard answer: everything is ready, everything will be delivered. Managed to contact the manager via one of the Skype addresses and received an SMS about delivery.
Changes to the order were not agreed upon, instead of the green-striped peacock butterfly, another was given.
At least they delivered it.

Сервис очень средний, желания еще раз воспользоваться услугами этой службой нет никакого.
При оплате заказа в офисе чек не выдали, интересуясь в дальнейшем судьбой заказа на сайте не удавалось, тк статус заказа не менялся. Isq и skype все время в offline. Возникли сомнения уже доставят ли заказ вообще. Пришлось звонить из России, стандартный ответ, все готово все доставят. Через один из skype адресов всеже удалось списаться с менеджером и получить смс о доставке.
И изменения в заказе не согласовывали, вместо бабочки павлин зеленополосый дали другую.
Спасибо хоть доставили.
