I ordered flower delivery to London for February 16 (my daughter's birthday)... they delivered it on the 14th for some reason, but thank God the recipient was not home... by phone we agreed that the recipient would pick up the package herself on the 16th ((... after my conversation in the online chat with Katerina on the morning of the 16th, she promised me that for such "service" there would be an apology and a box of chocolates from them... the flowers were delivered, but of course there was neither an apology nor chocolates...((( thank you! To put it mildly: unprofessional... we will draw conclusions...

Заказывала доставку цветов в Лондон на 16 февраля (на день рождения дочери)...доставляли почему-то 14-го, но, слава богу, получателя не было дома...по телефону договорились, что получатель заберет посылку 16-го сама ((...после моего общения в онлайн-чате с Катериной 16-го с утра, она мне пообещала, что за такой "сервис" будет извинение и коробка конфет от них...цветы доставили, но ни извинения, ни, тем более, конфет, конечно нет...((( спасибо! мягко сказано: несолидно...будем делать выводы...
