Pleasantly surprised by the quality of service (operators responded very quickly, friendly and at the same time professionally in "live broadcast"). The freshness of the bouquet left no doubts - very beautiful and lively roses. The young man who delivered the bouquet to the jubilee looked above all praise - clean, neat, polite and what was pleasantly surprising - wearing a tie - a true gentleman.

Приятно поражена качеством обслуживания (операторы отвечали в \"живом эфире\" очень быстро, дружелюбно и в то же время-профессионально). Свежесть букета не осталяла сомнениний-очень красивые и живые розы. Молодой человек который доставил букет юбилярше выглядел выше всех похвал-чистый, аккуратный, вежливый и что приятно порадовало-при галстуке-настоящий джентльмен.

The service is terrible, no one called all day, no one can be reached, no one explained anything properly, the order took 11 hours, they brought the wrong flowers, just threw them in my hands and left without explanation, the manager knows nothing, but the florist works excellently, the courier quickly left after delivery and ignored us, JUST SERVICE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL...

Обслуживание ужасное, целый день никто не позвонил, ни до кого не дозвонишься, никто ничего толком не объяснил, заказ делали 11 часов, привезли не те цветы, тупо бросили в руки и уехали без объяснений, менеджер ничего не знает, а флорист работает просто на ура, курьер после доставки тоже быстренько свалил и отморозился, ПРОСТО СЕРВИС НА ВЫСШЕМ УРОВНЕ...Андрей оценил сервис:

Out of 5 live lilies, only 2!!! were alive. The rest were just flowers and plastic sticks. After 8! hours the bouquet looked like a broom. The roses wilted!!! The lily too. The website has deteriorated. The attitude towards the client is terrible!!!

Good afternoon, Alexander. We are very sorry for the situation. The florist placed the lily flowers in plastic water tubes inside (this is provided for bouquet arrangement and makes the bouquet rounder), they were placed so that the lower lily flowers were at the bottom, since the bouquet is round.
A manager contacted you and discussed this situation, and a solution was reached on this issue.

Из 5 ти живых лилий, только 2!!! Живые. Остальные только цветов и пластиковые палочки. Через 8! Часов букет имел вид веника. Розы подвяли.!!! Лилия тоже . Сайт испортился. Отношения к клиенту ужасные!!!

Добрый день, Александр. Нам очень жаль за сложившуюся ситуацию. Флорист поставил цветки лилии в пластиковые колбы с водой внутри (такое предусматривается для оформления букета и делает букет более круглым), ставились для того, чтобы нижние цветки лилии были внизу, т.к. букет круглый.
С Вами связался менеджер и оговорил данную ситуацию, а так же пришли к решению по данному вопросу.
Мы еще раз приносим свои извинения.

Осталась очень не довольна!!! Заказывала 3 букета на время 10:00 -14:00, перезвонили в 22:30 предлагали доставить на следующий день . Судите сами!!
