Disgusting company, if it can be called a company. Nobody cares about anything. Bonuses can't be used, they always just disappear when ordering and when returned the same problem happens again. Bought a bouquet for March 8 that was never delivered, and the amount was over 2k hryvnias. I ordered from U-F-L constantly for 7 years. There were problems, but not like now. The last year or two the business management is terrible. Can't get through by phone, can't get the order. THIEVES!!!! I do not recommend using this service. And you lost a client who ordered over $2000 on your platform.

к сожалению сюрприз для сестры так и не удалось сделать! доставили цветы с задержкой, курьер не вписался в сроки доставки, хотя ранее с менеджером я специально выбрал утреннее время доставки, кроме того курьер позвонил получателю и указал в которое время он будет, время удобное для него!

I ordered flowers for my mother. She was pleased, the bouquet was gorgeous, very neat and delicate :) It was inconvenient that no one called back to confirm the order (maybe the website doesn't have such a function, we ordered through you for the first time, but it's somehow more reassuring when they call back and confirm that the order is being processed and the bouquet is being made :). This is more of a wish than a complaint. Everything else is great! We will order again! :) Thank you

Заказывала маме цветы. Мама осталась довольна,букет был шикарный,очень аккуратный и нежный:) неудобно было, что не перезвонили и не подтвердили заказ (возможно,на сайте нет такой функции,заказывали через Вас впервые,но как-то привычней,когда перезванивают и подтверждают,что заказ уже в обработке и букет делается:).
