I express my huge gratitude to Vitalina for resolving the issue of timely delivery of my order to Nuremberg for my daughter's birthday! Everything was done at a high level! An incredibly beautiful bouquet of flowers, the composition and shapes of the balloons and the inscriptions on them corresponded to the event and exceeded all expectations. The chocolate cake was divinely delicious!!!! The birthday girl was very happy, sharing this joy with friends over a wonderful dessert!

Выражаю огромную благодарность Виталине, за решение вопроса по своевременной доставке моего заказа в Нюрнберг на День рождения дочери! Все сделано на высоком уровне! Невероятно красивый букет цветов, состав и фигуры воздушных шаров и надписи на них- соответствовали событию и превзошли все ожидания. Шоколадный торт - был божественно вкусный!!!! Именинница была очень довольна, разделив эту радость с друзьями за прекрасным десертом!Евгения оценил(ла) сервис:

Zhanna Valentinovna, thank you for the review. Unfortunately, for international orders, florists cannot always deliver what we can easily deliver in Russia. Europe has slightly different working rules. We refunded you the full cost of the undelivered fruits and half the cost for the too small box of chocolates. We are sorry that you were dissatisfied and sincerely apologize.

Жанна Валентиновна, спасибо за отзыв. К сожалению, по международным заказам флористы не всегда могут доставить, то, что мы доставляем легко в России. В Европе немного другие правила работы. Мы вернули Вам полную стоимость не доставленных фруктов и половину стоимости за слишком маленькую коробку конфет. Нам жаль, что Вы остались недовольны, приносим свои искренние извинения.
