I ordered a bow for the car. The bow was supposed to be like the one on the website. I transferred a considerable amount of money. In the end, I received a very ugly bow made of material resembling a bandage. The gift was ruined.

To say that I am upset is an understatement, I ordered one bouquet but they delivered a different bouquet that does not match the photo on the website at all, the price-quality ratio leaves much to be desired.

Excellent service. Pleasant consultants. We sent a bouquet along with a gift that came from Kiev, they were supposed to be delivered on the same day, but since the gift arrived at the salon late, they easily rescheduled to another day.

Worst service ever! Order was not delivered! Customer service manager Oksana promised that order will be delivered next day with apologies and box of chocolate. Order has been delivered at 7 pm with no apologies and no chocolate! Shame on you, UFL!
