I ordered flowers for my wife. Wanted to make a surprise. Chose a bouquet, arranged delivery, paid. They said delivery would be between 15-23 hours, but couldn't say exactly when. I waited until the beginning of the first hour, no order. I wrote to the manager on Viber. He replied asking if it could be postponed to another day because the flowers ran out. I thought maybe because of the holiday. I agreed to the next day before 12. If not, refund. I called again in the morning. Everything seemed fine. Time for delivery passed, no delivery. I called back, they said the order was canceled, money would be refunded.
The most upsetting thing is that the manager doesn't care at all. They could have offered other flowers if these were not available or another bouquet. To somehow solve the problem. Very dissatisfied with the service. The holiday was ruined. No surprise. Thanks for the ruined mood.
